Shenzhen SUNWODA Precision Plastics Co., Ltd. was established in October, 2007 with the registered capital of RMB 20million.The Company was formerly known as SUNWODA Plastic Injection and Coating Business Group, which is now a high-tech enterprise specialized in producing precision plastic injection products as Mobile Phones, DVD, VCD, MP3 and Digital Cameras. There are over 100 technical engineers and 90 QA in the current 1000 plus employees, the production workshop of over 22,000 square meters, dust-free workshop of over 6,000 square meters. The company has a highly-qualified management and R&D team and its comprehensive technology and technical supporting is in the leading position of the domestic industry.

The SUNWODA Precision Plastics Co., Ltd is consisted of Precision Injection Department, Precision Coating Department, Mobile Phone Shell Assembly Department, QA & QC Department, R&D Center and PMC Department.
1. Precision Injection Department:
The Appearance of the Precision Injection Department Demag High Speed Injection Molding Machine
1). Equipment:
We have 120 sets of Injection Molding machines from 40T to 260T, most of them are from Demag of Germany. Each Injection Molding machine is equipped with the precision mold temperature controller to meet the consistent molding requirements; the several Dehumidification Dryers can completely dry the raw materials to supply the satisfying materials; all equipped with intelligentized manipulators to actualize the automation production. The Demag and other high speed Injection Molding machines can mold the plastic products with a wall thickness of 0.18mm; daily production capacity is 2 million pieces. We consistently meet the overall requirements from the customers.

2). Products:
Plastic injection molded precision mobile phone shells, high transmission rate lens, IML products, precision Bluetooth headsets, plastic wrapped metal products, electrician products, medical devices, secondary injection, and thin-wall batteries. Tolerance is controlled within 0.02mm.

2. Precision Coating Department:
The Precision Coating Department includes the standard coating workshop and the NCVM workshop. The standard coating workshop has 5 automatic coating lines with a daily capacity of 450,000 pieces, 2 robot coating lines with a daily capacity of 120,000 pieces, and a manual coating line for sample-making and small-scale production to meet the various requirements from the customers; the shell-assembly department has 12 assembly lines with a daily capacity of 40,000 pieces; the NCVM has 2 multifunctional vacuum plating machine, 2 imported auto-plating UV lines and 1 imported multifunctional magnetic spattering plating machine. Newly increased 2500 square meters of 105 level dust-free workshops produce vacuum plated products 20,000 pieces with a pass rate up to 80%. The surface coating property is as good as that of the standard precision paint coated surface.

1). Products:
Precision coating can provide the boring surface of the product with colorful appearance to meet the visual requirements; NCVM enhances the safety property of the product by minimizing the radiation of the mobile phone to the human being and the external disturbance.

3. Mobile Phone Shell Assembly Department
The Mobile Phone Shell Assembly Department has 12 automatic processing lines, 7 automatic fusion-joint machines, 15 thread fusion machines, 4 automatic thread-locking machines, 1 gluing machine with a daily capacity of 40,000 pieces which assembles all the components before the final assembly of the mobile phone such as thread-fusion, back gluing, and decoration fusion.

4. Precision Plastic Product QA & QC Department
The Precision Plastic Product QA & QC Department adopts IQC inspection to incoming materials, IPQC inspection to production process and OQC inspection to final products storage to have an overall tracking and inspection of the products. Meanwhile, the laboratories are established to measure and control the accuracy of the properties and sizes of the products to meet the customers’ requirements. The QA & QC engineers offer the tracking services of the product quality from project planning, production, delivery and customer service. Therefore, the customers won’t be bothered with several QC personnel at different stages.

1 Adhesion（hundred-cell test） Cut 10mm*10mm cells with a blade; use a tape with an adhesion of 350-400g/cm2 to pull out for three time on a same spot; the paint loss less than 5% is qualified
2 Pencil Hardness Test: Use Mitsubishi 2H pencil to scratch 5 lines of 5mm at an angle of 45 with the force of 500g No scratching mark and no bottom color shown is qualified
3 RCA Friction Test: Specialized Friction Tape testing device with a load of 175g, no bottom material shown after 300 cycles is qualified
4 Eraser Friction Test: Use a eraser to rub 1000 times with a force of 175g, no bottom material shown is qualified
5 High temperature and high humidity test: Stay 72 hours at the temperature of 60℃ and the humidity of 90%, no abnormality on the surface is qualified.
6 Constant humidity and constant temperature test: Stay 72 hours at the temperature of -40℃, no abnormality on the surface is qualified.
7 Alcohol-resistance Test:: Use a piece of cotton soaked with absolute alcohol (concentration≥99.5％) to rub 200 cycles with a force of 175g on the surface, no bottom material shown is OK
8 NVCM Interruption Test: Network Analyzer, medium radiation frequency at 1.75GHz, within the range of 1.55GHz - 1.95GHz is OK
